On June 1, 2010, Imperial Trading Company purchased Union Grocery.
The Union Grocery facility will now operate as a Distribution Center (DC) of Imperial Trading Company.

Louisiana-based Imperial owns and operates a 150,000 square foot distribution center in the New Orleans Metropolitan area.
